Will Kussell, President and Chief Brand Officer, Dunkin' Donuts Worldwide, will work with his experienced development team to take the Dunkin' Donuts brand nationwide. Will has more than 25 years of experience with some of the world’s top brands, including Polaroid and Reebok, and over 13 years with Dunkin’ Brands.

Will oversees the strategic development of the Dunkin' Donuts brand globally, including operations, marketing, franchising, and new business initiatives.

Leading the franchising expansion, Lynette Mckee, CFE, Vice President of Franchising and New Business Development, has extensive experience in the franchising arena, emerging as a leader in the franchising community. Her prior roles include leading franchising initiatives at Burger King, Earl of Sandwich USA restaurants, and Metromedia Restaurant Group (Bennigan's, Steak and Ale, Ponderosa, and Bonanza restaurants). Lynette has been recognized as one of the “Top 25 Franchise Executives in the U.S.” by Franchise Times, and in 2007 won the Women’s Foodservice Forum Emerging Leader Award.
